JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Senior Marketing & Growth Manager to join our
growing team. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch
environment — someone who is equally comfortable doing deep market research as they are
crafting a sharp pitch and closing a deal. You will work closely with leadership across the full
spectrum — from understanding the market to converting prospects into clients. If you enjoy

What You Will Do
Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, industry trends,
and customer needs - Identify and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across product and service
offerings - Map key decision-makers, buying triggers, and sales entry points within target
segments
Messaging & Positioning
- Develop clear, compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks for YuniQ’s
products and services - Translate technical capabilities into market-facing narratives that resonate with target
buyers - Build and maintain foundational GTM assets — website content, pitch decks,one-pagers, and service collaterals
Go-to-Market Execution
- Design and execute GTM strategies for new offerings — from planning through
launch - Plan and run marketing initiatives including campaigns, content, and channel activation across digital and offline touchpoints
- Establish and grow YuniQ’s digital presence across relevant channels including
website and LinkedIn - Drive marketing execution end-to-end, ensuring consistent messaging and timely
delivery
Sales & Conversion
- Drive outbound efforts — prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation across
both product and service lines - Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closure
- Build and manage a pipeline, track conversion metrics, and continuously refine the
outreach approach - Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development — ideally in a
startup, consulting, or B2B environment - Hands-on experience with ICP definition, market research, and building messaging
from scratch - Proven ability to both build (strategies, frameworks, assets) and execute (outreach,
pitches, closures) - Strong written and verbal communication — you can craft a sharp message and

- Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or data-driven products is a plus — not mandatory
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
