JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Assist in building and maintaining responsive websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React.
2. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to implement website changes, landing pages, and feature updates.
3. Conduct research and analysis of industry standards to inform design and functionality improvements.
4. Optimize website performance, load times, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
5. Strong interest in web technologies, UI/UX, and a desire to grow as a developer.
6. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas in a fast-paced environment.
7. Prior academic or personal projects related to web development are a plus (portfolio or GitHub link encouraged).
