JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn and Third party sites (Gartner) etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and support in optimizing for key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Help prepare performance reports and extract insights using tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, best practices and suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new users numbers in an efficient way.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
- Have a basic understanding of organic acquisition such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads,Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Experience in setting up platform integration (for mobile app and website) with third parties (ex-Google, Facebook, Sizmek, Appsflyer) for campaign set-up and tracking purposes.
- Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most.
- Being able to generate meaningful reports using tools such as Google Data Studio would be a plus
