Role Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Enterprise SDR with 6–8+ years of experience in Business Development and outbound prospecting for enterprise software and SaaS companies. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of generating qualified pipeline, running outbound sequences, and creating opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and targeted campaigns. This role works closely with Account Executives and Marketing to drive predictable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new enterprise opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Build personalized outbound campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high-intent leads across target verticals (Insurance, BFSI, Gov, Utilities).
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline aligned to weekly and monthly targets.
  • Work with Account Executives on account strategies and meeting conversions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, market positioning, and outreach content.
  • Share best practices and support junior BDRs when needed.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience as SDR/BDR/Inside Sales in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
  • Strong experience generating qualified pipeline through outbound sales motions.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, 6sense, ZoomInfo, CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and qualification skills.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Prior exposure to enterprise data/software companies is a plus.
