Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lead to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions, driving business efficiency and innovation. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning components, integrations and solution provider
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize the processes.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce security, data management, and automation.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience into Salesforce development and leadership experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations (APIs, REST, SOAP).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Architect, ) are preferred.
- Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with Salesforce development tools like Developer
Console, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, and Git version control. - Agile Methodologies: Experience in Agile development environments and working with Scrum teams is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
