Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of various company events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, workshops, and team-building activities.
  2. Collaborate with senior event coordinators and managers to develop event strategies, budgets, and timelines.
  3. Assist in identifying and booking venues and equipment rentals.
  4. Help create event schedules and coordinate logistics, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
  5. Support the development of event marketing materials, including flyers, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  6. Participate in outreach efforts to attract attendees and promote events within the IT community.
  7. Maintain accurate event records, including attendee lists, expenses, and feedback.
  8. Prepare and distribute event materials, badges, and documentation.
  9. Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for event speakers or guests when
  10. necessary.
  11. Be present on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  12. Assist with registration, provide information to attendees, and address any on-site issues or inquiries.
  13. Oversee audiovisual and technical setups as needed.
  14. Assist in preparing post-event reports to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Basic knowledge of event management software and tools is a plus.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
